Michele Waters - Owner
The woman who made it all happen! After years of researching holistic remedies, she started hearing and reading about hemp and all the different ways it can help with pain, sleep, & even cancer. So, she started making CBD products and opened Green Mountain Hemp Company in 2018. Which grew into the VT Grow Shop as home growing became more popular. It only made sense that the next stepping stone would be opening a Dispensary once it became available here in Vermont. Dreams really do come true.
Justine Hedman - Operations Manager
Also known as the Chaos-coordinator. The person who fixes problems you didn't even realize you had. Also known by the titles: Ninja, Legend, and Dragon.

Cody Sheppard - Bud Tender & Growing Specialist
Cody is another OG employee who started with the Grow Shop. He's a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the marijauna plant and can answer most questions you might have about aspects. Just don't let him find the rubber bands, it'll likely start a war!
Patti Kimball - Opening Bud Tender and Parking Police
The sassiest lady this side of the Green Mountains, she helps keep us and our customer in line. Here every morning to make sure the shop is open and ready for your needs! She's also our preroll specialist and tries everyone as they walk through the door!
Mike Schappy - Opening Bud Tender & Growing Specialist
Mike, like Cody, started with the Grow Shop and grows some pretty tasty bud himself. A little on the shy side, you'll have to guess which one he is.
Joel Grimes - Welcome our Newest Bud Tender!
Joel was a diamond hidden in the rough and a score on the bud tender hire. Always a joy to be around with a great attitude and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cannabis. And what Dispensary wouldn't welcome their own Grimes to the Family? (Not only do we have weed, we'll be all set during a zombie apocalypse too!)
